I agree making the camera 24 fps was a good move, it makes it feel like I'm really there watching living puppets and not watching a video game cutscene instead

Oh I couldn't say exactly but at least a couple weeks of leaving my computer running whenever I was at work or over night. And then a few shots still needed re-rendering with more samples to clean up the fuzz of the seagulls.

what is your system hardware ?

Can't remember all my specs at the moment, but the main thing for this is my rtx3070 graphics card.

Yeah you can definitely do it. The actual animation itself isn't so dependent on your hardware, it's the rendering that is very taxing, but with that you can leave it running for as long as it needs, just a question of time.
