Wow, I want to build one now! Looks like a stable ride, I love it. Only suggestion I would have is to add a dead man switch with a wrist strap. If you fall off and the strap comes off of the switch, it shorts the ignition coil to the block, that way it doesn't run away!

Góp ý với tác giả 3 điểm: 1/ Dùng rouribre cho bộ khởi động máy sẽ không bền. 2/ Vỏ thuyền nên bọc một loại nhôm lá để có độ chắc chắn hơn khi va chạm. 3/ Trọng tâm thuyền nên cho lùi sâu xuống nước (kiểu các tàu thuyền lớn trên biển) để giảm thiểu lật xuồng khi sóng lớn. Hẳn nhiên phải cần vẽ kiểu vở thuyền lại cho có bụng ngậm sâu xuống nước và đặt máy, ghế ngồi trên một mực thấp hơn mặt nước và mặt thuyền, như vậy mới tạo thêm vững vàng khi sóng to v v...! Rất cảm kích óc sáng tạo và siêng năng, cần cù của tác giả!!!

Awesome! Excellent work. I believe a double propeller will be better -- so that you can have more push, and especially a face shield to protect you from the wind, birds, bugs, etc.

Anytime I watch your videos I get the urge to go out in the garage and build something. Your a great engineer and fabricator. Very intelligent. I grew up poor so whenever something broke it was fix it or do without it. What's the old saying " Jack of all trades master of none. Thanks again for the video. It was great.

Really nicely done, good work :). I think a peddle assist electric build would be very cool as well, you could add a top layer hull for batteries, perhaps integrate solar above that. If I ever find myself in your part of the world, I would love to take that thing for a spin :)

This is my dream machine since I was a child. A board that can surf itself on the surface of water with ease. A battery, a big engine and a electric starter make the board heavier. Love it.

@@Nasatchannel do better but knnow that you are doing a great job as is. A gofund me in Canada was trying to make a motorizzed surfboard for far more money and they never did as well as you. The hands on engineering is amazing to watch as you seem to work only with a drawing in your head. VERY VERy IMPRESSED. huge fan here. We cant get those propellers here though. i assumed they are for mud boats. Dont worry but do you know the pitch and diameter off the top of your head. i finallay have motor and am going to try my best to coopy this design. its awsome. I want it to surf so no chair or predals just the basic motor and steer by leaning like a surfboard. I am in denial about how bad my health is lol

Chiếc thuyền này sáng kiến mới, độc và lạ, mình thấy bề ngang của thuyền hơi hẹp nên lo nó sẻ dể bị lật thôi. Sau khi bạn hoàn chỉnh các thứ, dùng thuyền này đi câu cá dọc theo con sông bạn chạy thử thì là một món giải trí thoải mái, thích thú và tuyệt vời . Chúc bạn thành công trong công việc.

Engineering??? engineering requires measurement, data and calculations! This is whats known as "stove piping" and can be done by illiterates

This is good uses and inexpensive project. Government officials should purchase for military actions, then disposal. Of course some modifications improvement needed. Thanks for video, love so much.

I like to press the pedals with a light touch of the slipper, if it is very important to turn them, then between the pedals and the drive wheel I definitely need to install an electronic "power steering" with a power of 10-50 kilowatts, which duplicates the rotation of the pedals-rotary encoder on the propeller with an excess margin of multiplication But engine is already good enough level - good work

It is an amazing project to build it from scratches. What worries me are the stability of high CG and balance. Indeed, the form core body could be damaged when a collision occurs accidentally.

I am also concerned about the exposed electrics and the low pedals. Difficult to see but it looks that they could hit the surface if positioned wrong.

I don't think those concerns were in the design parameters. Think of this in the proof of concept, CAN DO, DOER vein.

Yeah if the seat was down nearer the deck with the rider in a more recumbent position it would feel and be way more stable, but then that would also mean a way longer drive train from the pedals back to the motor.

@@ats-3693 i just want to do this with a shrouded prop and make it as a poered powered surfboard. they cost $15 000 USD plus. i think this guy is a genius to prove the bawsic idea and power requirements. NAILED it
