Sometimes you have to improvise when you're machining. Jason uses the tools at his disposal to create a motor coupling that actually fits to repair a motor coupling for his family farm. In this video Jason demonstrates how he modeled this up in Fusion 360, then he walks through the cutting procedure.

I think the reason the slitting saw broke is that it was climb milling. Run it conventional milling and you will have far more success as the chips will escape easier. Try it out, it was a tip from an old machinist friend of mine and it works great.

Can you guys do a video on the wear offset approach you used? looks like it worked awesome! I've not had much luck using cutter comp in the controll for 2d opps
