BMSka was selected taking into account the battery output current and the maximum current of the controllers, and this is 35 amps 13s,
bought here - ali.ski/glu2i (now only 30a on sale)
I made the battery myself from 18650 with a current return of 5.2 amperes per cell. Bought here - ali.ski/BGmsW
The whole battery turned out to be 13s6p with a capacity of 48v 15.6mAh with a current output of about 35 amperes;
All components for the manufacture of batteries:
shrink sleeve - ali.ski/weere
ribbon - ali.ski/dmddn
gaskets for insulating contacts - ali.ski/fjxnu
plastic holders - ali.ski/ZS-nTL
xc60 connector - ali.ski/gJE4Q
Brake disc with brake caliper bought here - ali.ski/NGW7eq

Brake levers for a cable with a sensor for recuperation here - ali.ski/cmJUH7
I bought the steering wheel here - ali.ski/Wy3cG
Takeaway bought this one - ali.ski/tL6Xg
Faro bought a simple one with a built-in horn - ali.ski/RIP9A
I bought a sandpaper for a deck from a skateboard here - ali.ski/5xMs04
Shock absorbers - ali.ski/rIV18
Here you can put air shock absorbers - ali.ski/i08lg
I decided to put the gas trigger with a voltmeter to track the battery charge - ali.ski/ZKNwyT
To monitor the speed and mileage, you can put this speedometer - ali.ski/fbj8q

Made by a madman indeed. This is incredibly beautiful. This is by far one of the best engineering videos I've ever watched on KZfaq. As a fellow tech youtuber I can really appreciate the effort you put into this video. Its absolutely incredible. From the editing, music, transitions down to the very content itself. Just Wow.

That is not an engineering video at all but a metal worker video. An electric scooter designed / built by an engineer would be totally different. Engineering work, not the final realisation but the way the hours are spent, is not sexy on camera, viewer would not understand the skills. Whereas with craftmanship, like pro sport or musical instrument playing, even if viewers do not know how to do it, you can say if the guy is good and be amazed. An engineer would have not used an old fork. An engineer would have make the calculus before the realisation, especially about suspension and size of some metal parts, and not on the go by the look. An engineer would have not put holes in the body after the painting. An engineer would have tried to use other lighter materials when not needed. And most of all, an engineer would have needed a metal worker to do the build properly and quickly ;-)

Hopefully videos like this get more young people involved in machining & metal fabrication. He makes it look easy! But keep in mind it takes a lot longer to make a homemade electric scooter than just 32 mins. In actuality, it probably took a couple weeks just to machine the parts. The editing is incredible! Great job! And how much for a custom scooter?

Usually, in watching such videos, I always skip to the end, where I see finished project but here, I watched entire video as it is made very professionally both in transitions from partly done to fully done, like magic and cinematography, as well as evidence of how something gets done, if one enjoys and is fully absorbed by whatever he/she is doing. Well done, outstanding work and success in future projects!

Ya know, personally i am a really good machinist. I enjoyed watching it all be done in time lapse, i imagine if i made everything from scratch the way you did. It would probably be something id just hand down to my son. Priceless. ;)
