I love the knife but don't understand why you upload in 720p instead of 4K, your videos could really standout if they were better quality. Please don't take offense, I'm just curious.

Even though you clearly have the set up to forge out the blade you choose instead to grind out a pattern. Yes, a grind out is more obtainable as a person new to blade smithing but a grind out blade is not a forged blade.
