When we went under contract to buy the property, we knew we were going to want a pond. So I started watching KZfaq videos and saw the one where John and Chris did the 10 acre pond. I sent him an email asking if he could recommend anyone in this area. He asked for the address and turned out he lives 4 minutes away 🤣. The rest is history. Thank you 😊

I am one of those pro beaver guys. They are working hard to create a new pond. Yes, Chris can make one in a few days. But the one the beavers build will be in the right place. We might not know why it is in the right place, but it is.

Geoff, it seems that you gotta keep adding zeros to those checks you've been signing for Chris. That's ok as long as you're successful at flipping those lots for a nice hefty profit. You certainly deserve to given you're not turning the property into a zero lot line monstrosity. I like your attitude about that. It keeps the area from becoming traffic congested and noisy.

Put pop-up cleaning heads in the bottom of the pool, keep them fairly close. It will help keep your pool a lot cleaner with less work for you.

Drive through the Farm. In the near from the great 5 Acre Pond! A Excavator, a great Mulcher and root out Trees? By the Pool and House building, the last Works before the Concrete come. Drive through the Wood to the Excavator and the Mulcher what a complete Tree Strunk Mulching. Interesting to see that.. Then Drive to the 90 Arce Project, how Chris a Swamp find. Then a great Talk by the back Drive.

@@ZachsTreeService Looks like it does good, what HP is it? New enough that it has all the clean air crap on it? Friend of mine bought one years ago with a blown 70 hp engine, When we were done it had a 160hp continental on it. I think you could have fed it granite without a problem..

House changes - seems that is the norm for most builds. Pour getting close too. Block of land tree removal - LetsDig18 just gets it done simple- for him anyway. Nice way to make mulch too. New pond idea - Fall seems about right - it will be awesome to see that pond build and increase the value of the land many times . Have a great week Bealy Good.

I am sure you have thought about this but, you haven't mentioned if you are putting a one-way check valve on the linier drains to prevent the upper pool from draining into the lower pool if the power goes out.

What check valves are you running in the feed lines from the bottom pool to the top pool? When to pump quits all the water will attempt to get back down to the bottom pool from the floor of the top pool. Will the pump have enough umph to reopen the check valves, especially if you have water on top of them and the rest is a large air bubble from pump to check valve?

Electronic valve. Is open when the waterfall feature is turned on and closed when it’s not. If we have a catastrophic failure when it’s on then I guess will be draining 20,000 gallons.

@@BealyGood Build a couple. 3" pvc, run it out from a pump and on top you take a pipe cap, Drill 1/4" holes in it in a pattern then use brass airline fittings screwed into those holes as nozzles. Built a couple like that for a local reservoir.
