That was very therapeutic to watch. If only we had that variety of wonderful hard woods to work with in Ireland. Here it's mostly ash, oak and occasionally beech. Lovely and useful materials of course, but I'm just a little jealous 😅

Like that you use primarily hand tools. I don't have the patience yet for that. Though I am looking into beginning to restore them. I may have to start bugging you with a bunch of questions

Great kit design! How does it accommodate for the blade protruding?

Just you can file out a slot for it, until that little bit normally makes it's own space.
