Nicely done, not always easy building cabinets on site as opposed to a shop .Thank you for the video.

Thank you. Once you upgrade the gauge it there’s really not many limits to the table saw.

Thanks for the wax tip! I have that feed and wax, so I’ll give that a try. I’m gearing up to make ALL of our kitchen doors and drawer fronts, so I need your prayers! 😅

Thank you and I’m so happy it can help. Again, highly recommend waxing/polishing your table saw prior. It’ll run so much smoother

Thank you. An actual door shop is still much better. But these will get by

Nice job! Your mobile workbench, what are the supports called? I need to get some.
@justaskmo5984Ай бұрын
It is a bora stand and I’m just using 1/2 ply as the top. I hate that I went so long without one but only downside is that you have to buy a few attachments so it’s at the height of your table saw.

great video, i am starting a project very similar. How long did it take you to finish this project?
@justaskmo59842 ай бұрын
It took me two days to build out everything and two days to paint.

Great video. Can you use 18g brad nails? Or is that way to big.
@justaskmo59843 ай бұрын
Absolutely. The nail hole will just be bigger to fill. Doesn’t seem like much, but when you’re doing a lot of doors, it takes a lot more to really make it disappear. Especially when you’re getting the same result

@justaskmo5984 got it. I only have a pair of clamps. And I need to build about 40 doors and drawer fronts for my house. Will use the brad nail because it is the smallest nailer I have. At this moment I would rather spend the money on wood. I already made a door using your technique. Thanks!

You should never ever instruct people to not follow time tested safety procedures. Wax will not guarantee that the wood will not bind hurt you.

I definitely appreciate what you’re saying and if you don’t feel safe, by no means don’t do it. But to be fair, nothing about using power tools guarantees safety if there isn’t a little common sense being used. I’ve been doing this method for over 6 years now and it works for me.
