Making a simple Rebec

Күн бұрынI had some scrap wood around my work shed and made a flat back Rebec fiddle. This was in 2016 and the last instrument I made in my shed before the flood in my area washed my shed and tools away.

The neck is too thick for it to be playable unless one holds it gamba style.
