lol this is the rural area of Vietnam where education is not something that normal ppl would concentrated on, especially English as a second language, so finding someone who can speak as fluently as her is as rare as finding a needle in a haystack :D
@YeuLaKho9 жыл бұрын
Amy Nguyen Go and try to find an American to speak Vietnamese is even harder.
@amyuhnguyen9 жыл бұрын
exactly! There are many Americans who actually can speak Vietnamese fluently, but there will always be a heavy accent or bad grammar :D

Thank God! I was hoping rice paper could be made without cornflour or potato starch. She made it perfectly and explained the whole process really well. Thank you.

I am so glad you recorded this. I visited the Red Bridge cafe in 2014 and took part in their cookery school and for some reason for some reason I just remembered about it. Absolutely no recipes online for making fresh rice paper, so lucky I found your video.

Legit rice paper recipe.. nice.. been tryna get rice paper foroee than food since it can be used on other products but I don't want to add flour and salt and stuff.. I have to limit my iodine so salt gets expensive and no reason to add it when half our foods have it anyway. Really glad I came across this video. She seems very proud of her work.
