So sorry you have to deal with this I know the feeling. I get it in waves of 15 to 20 seconds apart and it's torturous and embarrassing. I personally am able to get it down minimal amount of ticks through simple meditating. I would feel the wave coming and concentrate on suppressing the urge to tick/outburst and eventually make it through. I do this a couple times a week and it really helped me. All the best

Hey there, just wanted to suggest using a portion scoop. You will get uniform results, if you're into that sort of thing. 💕 Also, consider using parchment instead of wax paper.

The sad thing is almost nobody knows what tourettes actually is. They think its just a cussing disease. But the cursing is a rare form of tourettes. Typically, people with tourettes don't have the cursing kind. But they still may have other verbal tics. But motor tics are very common.

This is my inner monologue. I vocalized it once, for a GF, who listened in growing horror for two minutes, then said, "You have to get out of your head, that's a BAD NEIGHBORHOOD!" That's when I realized most people aren't erupting volcanoes of swearing and horror and darkness. She had a somewhat normal family, who loved her.
