Fascinating process to watch! It always amazes me how much industry in non-American countries takes place outside! It must feel better than being cooped up inside, but how can they keep food safe with no way to sterile environment? It would be lovely to walk through that shopping area and stop to watch this process and make a purchase!

15-20 years ago, they didn't even use gloves. It has been made in the same way for centuries so it is safe enough to eat :)

What u mean is dragon beards candy. Not cotton candy. Totally different way in making. As the candy needs stretching by hands and adding in flours to the mix when stretching. The cotton candy is heated 100% sugar and additive flavouring, and colouring which added and made by machine to look like cotton. Not at all cotton texture and not at all cotton candy.

Şeker soğuk mermerde soğutuluyor ve tepside daha da soğutularak yapişmamasi saglaniyor,tabi tepsininde uygun yüzeyi var. Diğer taraftan şeker soğuduktan sonra un karışımı içine konulduktan sonra tepesinin altındaki ateş açıldı.
