Those came out nice. Just a quick word, if you're referring to the decking material for the templates, it's called Azek not Aztec. If not then totally ignore this comment :)

I've literally been stressing about having to make curved moulding for two weeks. Got my pieces ready with spines, built a setup...struggled with the curved fence....and opted for more of a circle shaped fence, then struggled with getting the featherboard to work without it binding....all this knowing I only had one try to get it right. In my mind I couldn't imagine the router cut being accurate. So I went with my gut and just relied on the arrow and making sure the radius piece never left that arrow, did it without a featherboard and somehow it worked. Thanks!

@@DarlingtonFarm oh also, used a palm Bosch router with tilting base and was able to get depths I needed. Limited HP, though.

The speed control is one of the reasons why I went with the woodmaster. Nice work. Hope all is going well.

You completely skipped the part about how you got the poplar pieces cut at a radius. Kind of the major point, don't you think?!

This was kinda like "And here is one I prepared earlier". How did you go from having a template to a curved piece in some form of router. I was prepared to suffer from the motion sickness if I saw how you did it.

That's a lot of work. Just use a band saw with a swing arm table. Have your blanks cut out in 5 minutes or less

You're ready to mill flat crown to be bent onto radias walls. A bit of geometry reveals the Spring Moulding radius. This was uncommon but a practiced wood-working technique 100 yrs ago. I've done it.

I was wondering where you get the blades for the molding machine?
