This and the drum to disc video really helped me and got me excited about changing my Rabbit's brakes. I got a whole rear beam with e-brakes, and all brake parts for cheap.

@@ThrottleGrotto yeah. I'm new to both these cars and to car repairs in general. It's been cool to see what people have done with these cars. Mine is pretty stock and I want to keep it close to that for it being my daily. My Rabbit is a 1981 diesel 4 door.

Did you pick up that Auto MKII GTI that was dirt cheap?

no, I haven't picked up the car yet. Auto mk2 wasn't on the radar. I did look at a 16v scirocco this week, but after sitting 10 years, it just needed too much work.

Throttle Grotto haha still holding out hope for a mk2! That auto had me tempted but would have to swap it back to a 5 speed if the body was clean lol. Looking forward to the reveal! Keep up the great work!
