You should make oat pancakes! It's so simple: mash up 1 banana, add 1 egg and 40 grams of oats. Bake it in a pan like you would regular pancake and enjoy with some fresh fruit and (maple)syrup! I also like to add a handful of blueberries in the mix before I bake them

Usually, recipes that area developed for 8 x 8 square pans are half capacity of a 9 x 13 in dish. Which means you’ll need to make four times the recipe to fill that baking sheet. 😂 Hope they tasted great, which is all that matters! 🙌🏼
