Okay as for personality, I'm not sure which Monster Musume character is my favorite but for body design, probably Suu the slime. I like slime girls because they are not just humans with animal ears and a tail. They are actually girls fully made of slime.

So you know how vampires are associated or something with bats. Well, let's replace that with centipedes. Vampire girl who can turn into a huge swarm of centipedes OR turn any part of her body into any part of a giant demon-centipede body. She can even do this thing where she grows what looks like Kaneki's centipede kagune but probably looks more like that Inuyasha centipede demon lady.
