My wrecked VW Golf R project is starting to come together! After a stage 1 tune the 0-60 is closer to a Lamborghini 0-60 than the stock VW Golf R. I went to @awesomecars1 to get some more modifications for the Golf in hope to make the Golf faster than my Lamborghini.

The arch gap you’ve got now is spot on, I don’t get why people like the tyre to literally be tucked under the arch and how some people can live with the tyre rubbing just for the sake of it looking a certain way

I have a stage 2 MK7 GTI and recent got the the DSG tune as well. Looking to wheels/tires next then wrap!! Gonna got for it myself with Nardo Grey! Love the channel! Been watching since the S5.

For anyone wanting to do the intercooler , you don't need to remove the rad pack or the headlights. The bed doesn't need to be undone either, mark the prop shaft before removing it so it goes back on in the original position, then tie it up to the passenger side ( it is a squeeze but possible to still remove the DP) If you live in the NE of England I can help with these hardware installations. It’s Tuesday, I get the notification whilst at work that a new video has dropped. Man I love your videos, especially the golf r ones. The way the videos are put together are amazing and makes so much sense. I love the energy you bring also. One thing that bothers me is the golf R headlights, the inner beam is on when both beams should be on instead or just the outer beam, please code that thank you!

Hi Mat, after fitting my airtec intercooler i noticed it pushed the rad pack back a touch. It moved a coolant hose closer to the auxiliary/alternator belt and ended up splitting. Have a look if yours has done the same
