I always thought the rice starch would be good because it adds to the stickiness of the sushi and then just wet the knife for slicing. I’ll have to try it with the rinse next time. Great video! That backyard at the end was beautiful. I’ve been making variations of your original,”how to make sushi”video for probably a year or more and love it so I’m definitely going to give this one a shot. Only thing I’m worried about is that I don’t look quite as appealing in my banana hammock so I’m not sure if that will affect the quality of food😂I can’t believe you were out of avocado 🙈thanks for sharing the secret recipe and I hope y’all had fun spearing the fish🤗

Haha! I didn't explain it very well but t's easy, just dampen a paper towel and fold it in half longways. Works like a charm!
