I'm Victor, and I'm obsessed with Texas BBQ and smoked meats. I've traveled to Austin a few times, and fell in love with brisket after my first bite. Ever since then, I've been obsessed with trying to smoke my own briskets and ribs at home. A few years ago, I got a pellet grill, and have been able to learn a lot about how to smoke meats.
This episode is for all the other smoked meat nerds out there, as I smoke some of my favorite Texas BBQ meats, as well as experiment with my own personal favorites utilizing Texas BBQ methods.
