Posting my Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe again so hopefully you see and can test it out 🥲 I promise it’s good. Coconut sugar is important, and good quality dark chocolate 😌 * 200ml extra virgin olive oil (a milder fruity variety) * 80ml cold water * 240g coconut sugar * 1½ tbs vanilla paste or extract * 340g plain flour * 2 tsp baking powder * ½ tsp sea salt * 200g good quality block dark chocolate, roughly chopped * Sea salt flakes for sprinkling 1. Whisk the olive oil, coconut sugar, water, and vanilla, in a large bowl. 2. Add the flour, baking powder, sea salt, and dark chocolate, and mix well to combine. 4. Place the dough into the fridge overnight to rest 5. Preheat your oven to 180°C/350°F (fan forced oven). 6. Scoop the mixture into balls and place onto paper-lined baking trays (don’t flatten them before baking). 7. Bake for 14 minutes. 8. Remove the cookies from the oven and immediately bang the baking tray on the kitchen bench/countertop to flatten them. 9. Cool and rest for 10 minutes before serving. 10. Store in an airtight container

My hair is the same length as you’re thinking of cutting it. I definitely recommend 100%. It gives you extra volume and is super flattering on pretty much anyone. It always looks a little cheeky which I think is a bonus and it’s super quick to grow out. The downside is that you have to cut it quite often because growth becomes really visible at that length. But I really really recommend.

I made a really similar choc cake to the one you did and I really recommend adding a layer of nutella/chocolate spread in the centre as it just added a whole new dimension to the flavour and it was absolutely amazing! I used tesco own brand choc spread and it went down a storm 👌

Tips from a barrista for latte art! -Its the milk you gotta get right over the technique. Good technique but rubbish milk will get you no where -make sure there are no big bubbles as they will just flump on the top -make sure you "bang and swirl" the jug to combine the bubbles and milk (so it isn't settled into layers before you pour it
