What brand of pipe and fittings do you use ?

If a house is completely done on 15mm pipe. I want to reduce to 10mm out of the wall on only one radiator in the house. Would I be okay doing this with a 2 column 1600 x 600 radiator? I want to work with the 10mm because it's smaller and more forgiving to work with but on the same note I don't want to cause issues with the radiator heating up because the pipe is too small. Please help, novice Diyer here
