Instead of letting life happen to us, I truly believe that we all have the power to start writing our own stories the way we see fit. So I hope you take advantage of what’s been handed to you to create a beautiful story that is uniquely yours.

I love this for you. Establishing boundaries will often lead to others disagreeing with us. But that’s okay! I am learning to respect the desires of my own heart, even if that leads to my family not supporting my decisions. It’s my life. It’s not meant for me to live it for them.

Let go of the narrative...you got that right! My friends don't understand why I would downsize...they keep telling me you have to aim for more...I said NO...I want less, I deal and manage with anxiety, O.C.D. Highly sensitive personality disorder and ADHD....I want inner peace more then anything...empty the plate or just keep the plate at a manageable level....the more you have...the more things you have to think about.

Having been raised in a home with fear and uncertainty I knew from a young age that if I pleased others I wouldn’t be left or hurt. I took that belief into my adulthood and I realized very quickly that good people would take from me but also give back where others would take and take until they drained me. My business is caring for others and so this can be difficult to escape. However as I aged into my 40s and 50s I started to LOVE me more and only surround myself with people that cared about me or maybe took but knew how to give, people that deserved me and my love and kindness and empathy. What a gift it has been. I do what brings me and my husband and adult children joy or just ME and I fill my soul and it is a huge change. I have empowered myself and it is a beautiful thing. I love the book Clarity & Connection and I highly recommend it to anyone here. Blessings to everyone here. Thank you for another beautiful video. 🍑🙌🏻🧡Lisa Be you! Great points. Many things you mentioned were things that I hardly ever considered or took the time to actually realize. The question “what is enough” opened my eyes. Looking at that thought externally makes you want more of something once you imagine what that means externally. However when looking at these things internally, you really embrace what you can control and of course quality over quantity

Excellent video and content. Impressed with the overall skill of videography/cinematography as well. Lots of great outside and inside shots, lighting, etc. This video reveals so much truth, yet it's so difficult to do and accept at times. It's hard to know what to do with life. Thank you for creating this, inspiring others, and if you enjoy doing videos - keep going with it. Will definitely check out more of your videos.
