As a Malaysian..i wanted to say that, if there's an unfriendly Malaysian or someone who's kinda awkward, they're probably just shy. For example, Malaysian like me. I have seen exchange students at my university, and i wanted to befriend them, but I'm just too shy 😭. I hope they don't think that I'm not friendly. Anyway, you guys and other foreigner are welcome to stay as long as you want !

Happy to know that you enjoyed your time in Malaysia and want to go back in MY. I spend 6 years in Malaysia and travelled every corner and tourist places in there. It's definitely a nice country to travel. In terms of food, culture, wildlife, sea beaches, mountains, transportation, scenic beauty, adventure, security systems, ...... Malaysia rocks. As compared to other SEA region (Philippine, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Brunei), Malaysia is the best and awesome.

Chichak or geckos as you mentioned are great for keeping flies and mosquitoes away. They are harmless and usually scurry away soon as it sees a human. Be kind to them. Very well presented! I'm glad you did so with your 100 tips. Just to share a couple of tips: 1) Another Supermarket (s) is B.I.G (Ben's Independent grocer) or Village Grocer - they carry a lot of imported stuff as well. With that being said, it all depends on where one is located. 2) Generally bargaining isn't common, however do that while in Chinatown, KL. 3) Online shopping : A different one locally is Zalora. Speaking of holidays, today is Vesak day here :-) Cheers from Malaysia, wishing all of you well, safe and happy!
