I have to say that I have watched and observed Mr Choma and Mr. Mwema and I am sooo proud of our Kenyan men!!! I've made sketches for a similar style and size house, and different architects gave me estimates from 15 to 40M. But with bricks. So 8.5 is amazing.

Wah such kind of a villa would be way higher with the convention way,😮 ...its cheaper having to consider the size of the rooms ,sq ft ,the kind of steel used for the window and doors etc.

Nice house, am really starting to give attention to this precast way of building. Just one question to the contractor and othr Kenyan contractors. this is a gated community, meaning security is guaranteed from the outer perimeter wall and the mini in compound wall, why then do you need those grills on the windows and door, Also, why are the windows so small!, this is coastal weather, you need as much air-ration as possible? and why don't Kenyan houses have outdoor Kitchen/living, especially coast which makes outdoor cookout more attractive!?

i was about to ask same question... The house should had wider size windows to enjoy the coastal weather and ventilation since Malindi is bit hot... also outdoor sitting gives aesthetic feeling and makes you feel you are in tourism all the time...

I agree with you, the price is very fair. My project is almost the same size in terms of sqmtrs. Its going to 14 M but inclusive of solar and biodigester.
