Easier said then done you guys last season and before said sundowns will be chanpions before group stages ended. Hold your thoughts and take it a time. KO stages is different ball games and rulani need to accept the favt he must play “ugly football” at certain stages of the game. Although i do expect sundowns to reach atleast final other than that would be a failure

@@salihalash4111that’s very true , but I think we also need to acknowledge that last season Rhulani wasn’t the head coach and his unbeaten run since being the head coach would warrant some form of confidence, also IMO, I don’t think we’ve mastered Cup competition football like the way we have mastered league football, when it comes to cup competitions, I’m always unsure with us, the only thing that’s consoling me this season is that it takes a really stupid mistake from us or brilliance from the opponent to score, if you beat our defence there’s still Ronwen who’s probably having the form of his life at the moment, and no matter how defensive our opponent is, we will keep on knocking, knocking and asking questions and eventually, they’ll fail to answer some of those questions, especially with the likes of Mailula upfront, not only is he a potent finisher but also a great play maker, and with ShaSha the sniper, we are also very lethal on arial balls, most often than not we have a rock solid team, just individual players here and there that costs us a goal or 2 points

uJabu is just jealous of Sundowns as Nkuluks said the other time. All PSL clubs can one or two things from Sundowns about running a football club. Jabu talks nonsense udakiwe for him to even suggest Fifa Financial Fair Play? Really? Does he even know what that means? Or he just likes to get attention and vomiting 🤮 nonsense. If the so called big teams are really big as they say then they shouldn't struggle competing with Sundowns when it comes to buying quality players. And many people discredit the work that Sundowns coaches, conditioning team, team doctors, analysts, goal keeper coaches and etc are doing. PSG had the best quality players in their squad, I mean world cup winners, Europa winners, Copa America winners and UEFA champions league winners in their but got knocked out by Bayern Munich. Point is not about money! It's 11 against 11 the game belongs to the players. Mvala, Mudau, Shalulile, Mokoena, Mbule etc all improved their game when joined Sundowns are starting to see them play well and making Sundowns win and they complaining like the likes Jabu Pule

That was good display of football, my concern is Modiba he is good player but most of the time he chooses the difficult forward passes instead of play it simple and as he chooses that pass when it's intercepted he is also now out of position. I have seen him in most cases Rhulani used him as extra man on central midfield especially when Downs are in building face, Modiba cannot succeed there as you need someone with confidence and is able to protect the ball and has good side mirrors hence the first goal for Aghly came. Allende and Siphelele are very good at that in the absence of Jali to initiate those building face moves, Modiba is good on the wing but dropping inside will be disaster as you just can't loose the ball chiply in that area not with clever pressing opponents. A team that always clever will leave also someone like Tau and Saleng to exploit the wing and are good on one on one. Sundowns also uses that same strategy against Aghly as their number three also tends to do the exact same thing that Modiba does though theirs is used for adding numbers going forward on the wing. Most Sundowns goals comes from his position The Morenas goals, Shalulile first goal of the two. Modau seems to Master that position on his side better than Modiba but regardless he is a good player just need to improve on that

I'm not a Sundowns fan, but credit must be given where it's due. Sundowns are the best team and club in the continent, period. PSL teams should truly study and learn from Sundowns FC on how to play football the right way and be able to compete with the best in the continent and hopefully the world.
