While I agree that he’s probably a misogynist, shallow guy, his ex could easily have serious personality problems too. Maybe she’s an alcoholic or something awful like that. I’d rather date a heroin addict than an alcoholic, but I wouldn’t actually date either. He most likely married obese women and wasn’t sexually attracted to them, but figured that was the best he would get. The women eventually realized he didn’t find them beautiful in any way and ended the relationship. Just guessing though.

I think pornography is a really big problem for men. They end up with unrealistic beliefs on what is attractive and sexy to them. This man is only interested in young, beautiful women as he himself said. When he talked about his second wife he said “I just wasn’t attracted to her as much as I should’ve been”. They had been married for 18 years and he basically wanted a younger and more beautiful woman. As far as I’m concerned, he deserves to be scammed.

My first reaction as well, and I'm from Kyiv🤣 Either you're in the warzone and have little access to basic needs including water, electricity (thus internet) and money, or you're just in another more quiet city which has open hair and beauty salons because that hair and makeup is not done at home🤣 There is no way you'll be able to pull it off while your sink is not working or you "don't have money" because that nails aren't homemade as well

I know someone who went through this. He spent all of his money, she promised she would was coming to America to be with him. When he would wire money the employees where telling him not to, they see these scams all the time, all of his friends kept telling him, nothing mattered, he was so committed. He made good money and was in "love". Sent "her" everything he had then died tragically in a car accident he was only 45, so sad.

All sympathy went out the door for this guy the moment he said his wife and him divorced because he wasn't attracted to her as he needed to be. What a shallow jerk. Update: I understand people's reaction to my comment. Attraction plays a large factor in a relationship, but marriage is something you have to work at for succession. Noone stays beautiful forever, so eventually the attraction may dissipate over time. That doesn't constitute a divorce. That being said, you can't make someone love you, but you can at least say you tried. But the audacity to go back to the wife he left and ask for things in return is not okay. If he wanted a divorce, he should stick to the stipulations of a separation. Now he's just using his ex wife, and she's being subjected to seeing what he left her for everyday, only because she still loves him. So no, I feel no pity for this man.

The real victims in catfishing are the people whose photos have been stolen. The fact that a random person thinks they are in a relationship with you and you have absolutely no clue is terrifying.

In older videos on this channel the people whose pictures were stolen agreed to talk to the scam victims with the Scamfish Team to try and help them accept that they were being scammed. It never turned out well and I'm glad they no longer involve the real victims in the process. It was just so cringe to hear them talking with their crush and actually thinking that the real person would pick up where the scammer left off. One woman turned into a legitimate stalker with the guy whose photos were stolen having to move and change phone numbers. I can't remember which videos those were, but they were posted about a year ago.

@@TheThomasMom It certainly was. This channel is a guilty pleasure of mine and I think I've seen everything they have posted to YT. You may be the same, so I will mention another video: the dirty (no, really, he needed to take a bath) old man who was literally drooling while talking with the "model" whose images were stolen. Meanwhile, she's trying to make him understand that she is open for busine$$. That wasn't exactly cringe. There's got to be a word for what I felt like, but all I can come up with is "yuck."
