Hello sir, Edc 03813-01 STARTER MONITORING-TOO HIGH in fact i cannot encounter this kind of fault code.but i think there is a problem in the starter motor,maybe its overheating or connection problem.

Thank you very much, I thought it was faulty engine. Should the starter motor be changed or repaired?
