Clutch slave cylinder fault!
Slave cylinder replace.

Hi I have man 2014 TGM Automatic.It Is showing some time gearbox ecu also creating bit noise from the place of clutch booster. When I restart or restart after some time. It’s disappearing. May I know. What will be the issue.

Hello.First you will need a diagnose.The bit noise appears because clutch booster cannot engage, and the can be from the pressure plate,pressure bearing or clutch booster.So just to be sure you need to make a diagnose on the gearbox.

Hello. Great Video. My truck will not get in gear but there is no fault display. If I turn the switch to D, the screen still says N, when I turn the switch to Dm, it shows N and M . Same thing happens when I put in R, screen only shows N and when I put in Rm, It Show N and m. No change to D or R and there is no error code or alarm. Do you know why?

Thank you! If you don't have any fault code active it can be only one possibility.Every time i encounter this problem it was from the rnd switch.The switch from where you select gears.And a diagnose will help.to see in real time what happends when you select D or R.Good luck!

Hello.There can be two problems that causes that jumping.Either the Astronic has a problem,either the clutch kit,but you will need a diagnose to be sure.Have a good day

@@kylehoughton2578 Hello.First check under the hood in the top right connector box, if you have power on wire 43 300 when brake pedal is pushed.Also check all the abs and zbr fuses.If not some of the MAN trucks brake light switch location is typically situated near the brake pedal.

If this valve block is there.... Will it show on the dashboard.... I have 2008 MAN TGL 7.150.. D0834 engine ZF gearbox ... When I'm in first gear it shows 3rd on the dashboard... When I'm in 3rd gear it shows 6th gear on the dashboard....

Ussualy when this is happening it s because an electrical fault.A bad sensor inside the as tronic module,if it s about automatic gearbox.If its manual gearbox the problem is from the valve block.

Thank you.Warning message was because the parking brake was not applied when i've shifted to D/R!

@@RelectrikRepairs because i face the same problem in man truck today and try soo hard to find the issues but i can't so i will release the parking brake and tray again. Thank you so much for answering me and keep going bro

@@osamamohamedaliismail6177 Many thanks!Do that and if that warning message still appears and also a beep, you can have a failed sensor on the parking brake valve,which indicates if the parking brake it s applied or not.Good luck!

@@osamamohamedaliismail6177 And also that warning message appear if the parking brake is released and the driver door open!Sometimes it is because a switch in the door lock

Þhi mate i am.not sure if you can assist i have a man tgs 27 440 2012 model it takes all gears retard works but when u stop completely it goes to neutral N then u need to reselect D for it to move not sure what it could be

Hi.If you don't have any tcu or ffr fault on the screen ,you will need an diagnose to check everything on the gearbox and see exactly whats happening .Good luck🙏
