A quick guide how to craft a nice Stygian like in PoB: 1) Clean 85+ base, Deafening of Spite until T2+ Strength 2) Make it 2 prefixes and open suffix 3) Benchcraft any prefix, hunter exalt To get T1 %Attributes. 1 in 8 to get it (Sells slightly higher than a hunter exalted orb if bricked, T2 Attributes is sellable for EBlade starters for more to cover Essence cost) 4) Suffixes cannot be changed -> Reforge Crit to guarantee the flask charge on crit mod (1 in 12 chance to fill prefixes, just don't be unlucky) 5) If 2 open prefixes you can yolo slam or do suffixes cannot be changed + veiled orb to get a nice mana/life/evasion+es mod 6) Benchcraft whatever last prefix

Have you taken a look at the mana wander skills? Power Siphon of the Archmage and Kinetic Bolt of Clustering. I tossed together a PoB and it looks alright but I'm curious what the Archmage himself thinks of them.

Man, I hope I can catch you on stream because I am lost. I've got my attack rate over 2.5 with a 59% indigon and cannot for the life of me spend enough mana to not decay indigon. The joys of stumbling around after switching to a new build archetype lol

Would love to see the Valdo Map Remote Lair video recording. I barely managed to do it with my armour stacker in std. Although the totem variants might have an easier time with their tripple digit billion dps.

This is definitely still how manaforged arrows works. Low budget is bad, high budget is one of the strongest builds in the game. Kind of like every other Indigon build out there. Still really cool to see that you put it all together. Next league it will be even better with the automation of the battlemage's cry, if you can find the gem slots that is...

Does additional arrow or projectile increase number of arrows being dropped from rain of arrows of saturation? It doesnt say in POB

Is strength that important to stack if you aren't Righteous Providence and you're only getting the Shaper's Touch strength buffs? Also, how would you go about crafting that quiver? Is it much better than Poised Prism? I used Prism all the way to 1.5k depth last league before I quit.

I know this might sound stupid, but i absolutely hate using Coruscating Elixir. Is there a way to not use it? Id be willing to cut alot out just to not have to use it.

Is it mandatory to have lvl 4 enhance? I have an attack rate of 3 exactly but it feels i am always losing my ramp… cause i try to put in faster attacks which has Like an higher mulitplicator than enhance… i mean i get the Point of the extra arrow but have 4 aps then 3 should be netter or does to much also kill the Loop? Unfortuneately i May have swapped in o early from mjölner (just have Like 9.5k Mana)

Is there anything about the ghastly jewel on the boots thats important that I might be missing, that other better jewels in the other sockets might not be able to make up for? Idea would be to use a second unset ring for frostblink (res should be easy to get on the spirit jewels, drop res implicit for socket), remove the abyss jewel from the boots to free up 2 sockets and use a non-swap call to arms - battlemages's cry setup. This would drop the infinite power from the shield, along with some warcry buff effect, but if the target for the build is not deep delve, but rather T17 mapping, the reduced bonus would still lead me to around 560/975 million dps with warcry power 10/20 (a single rare/unique enemy around) and 150 million completely without any power (disabled) , more than enough for any situation I can think up even for high end mapping.

How is this build pre-indigon? I just realized that since indigon may be from the uber version drop table, we may not get it anytime soon, and even if we did, prices will be high.

The transcendance is actually kind of nutty. I remember back in Heist league having an aura bot with 600k armor with 90 max resist. I tanked uber atziri double flameblast like it was nothing. Although I did have a juiced dread banner that gave 40% less damage... I'm not league starting a mana build this league since I have a better league starter to generate money and IDM making another character. I'll probably do Mjoiner cwc lightning warp for leveling then swap to mana forged at 95+

Kinetic blast of clustering seems interesting, surely it's possible to scale AoE enough for it to be BiS single target for wanding

hopefully someone can answer this... i started a widowhail mana/es build recently. The guide im following has the whole eternal blessing / arrogance setup for auras. However im not able to cast certain auras that are supported by arrogance when i have the aura cast from eternal blessing... even though its setup for life reservation, any reason why? Most widowhail builds all have the same setup. Maybe im not understanding something.

I've been eyeballing manaforged for endgame cus I wanna get into delve and manastackers at last. Been playing for years and haven't ever engaged deeply in either of them, but no more excuses this league with the archmage buffs :p

What build could be a starter build before going for this one. I mean, one to keep upgrading and farming and upgrading for this one?

If you're just using BM cry for battlemage would it still be just as efficient to use FF/FF for inquisitor that gives you battlemage?

Have you looked at the new transfigured Kinetic Blast? seems right up your alley, 15% of maximum mana as added phys damage.. with the mana pool on the PoB you linked above thats like 2550 flat physical damage! I tweaked that PoB a bit using that new unique wand Grace of the Goddess with its 339% increased phys and 70% ish phys added as ele.. with a 6L -> trans KB - returning proj - awakened ele dmg - barrage - awakened gmp - inc crit dmg it's on paper about 780 million. PoE site down but trans KB also has the line number of projectiles instead applies to number of explosions, napkin math looks to me like 4 base explosions + 1 @ 20% quality + 5 from awakened gmp + 3 from barrage, those 13 all return but deal 61% less damage so thats essentially 18 ish that can hopefully all shotgun depending on spread. I'm sure you could do some professor level stuff to this and easily push it into the billions.

Is this build only meant for Delve or can it do other stuff?

Wouldnt the new skill gem "Call to Arms" work with the weapon swap? As in you weapon swap, the battlemages cry is off cooldown and instantly gets used

Kinda surprised you don't talk about the uptime (~58%) of Arcane Cloak, which gives basically all your flat lightning damage. Unticking arcane cloak to remove the lightning dmg drops the dps down to ~100mill (granted thats still more than fine). So basically 58% of the time you one shot everything and 42% of the time you have okay damage. Or am i missing something ? Is there some snapshotting going on ?

Does mirage archer snapshot your stats when it is spawned and deal damage with those stats for the entire duration?

If you intend to go for Flesh/Flame jewels and sanctuary of though is cheaper than Righteous prodidence (as they usually are) then you can just play inquisitor for a cheaper FF upgrade to crit

In this league gonna focus on one character and gonna try Manaforged build. I'm not that fast with generating currency so probbaly will start something like BL Archmage Hiero and later respec into this.

Ok leveling was painful, getting to indigon 69lvl took a party thankfully, but then I had huge issues - only after going from lighting arrow spender to Rain of arrows of saturation it started to work mana/def wise.

Would battlemages cry work to turn the indigon spell damage into attack damage? I only know of that and crown of eyes. When your spending 1k mana and attacking like 5 times per second you could get to the cap on indigon pretty easily.

hmm im tempted but the 1life /flask thing prolly will just get you killed instantly sometimes? prolly makes no sense to build that on low budged anyways right? like 15-30div ?
