Them "types"do it every where. Every time I go the supermarket they are in disabled or parent and child, or just blocking some exit and leaving there vehicle on double yellow lines. I never see a disabled badge or kid.

In the 18th and 19th centuries, people would attend the asylum in oreder to look at the inmates for entertainment. Today the successors of those inmates are walking around the streets. Good old Manchester city centre never fails to deliver plenty of candidates for Mr Veitch's amusement. It's like watching the Jeremy Kyle show in real time.

The most amount of screentime Rasta Jack Sparrow would've had is him simply walking out of court and out of the shot if he didn't confront Charlie. Nobody in this video would even likely have acknowledged him. But no, he hates being on camera SO much that he escalates it to the point where's a full minute plus of footage of him looking and acting like an absolute fucking arse and now people will definitely remember him and he may even go viral. Great job, that plan didn't at all backfire.

1) I don't understand why Baz isn't a cop; he would make a decent cop. 2) The S and M scarecrow made no sense, at all. He objected to being filmed soooooo much that he hunted Charlie down in order to make a prat of himself.....in-front of the camera he objected to. And 3) thank you Charlie. I have been house bound for the best part of twelve years. This video, as well as your videos I have been binge watching over the weekend, make me weirdly fine about being house bound.( Today I'm handling it ). Not always. Yet certainly some of the time during this living incarceration. And thank God for Mancunians! They have kept me entertained ; more so when living this life gets to me. For anyone interested "citizens arrest" is actually called Any Person Power of Arrest (SOCAP 2005). Any person may use reasonable force to arrest a person or detain them until a constable arrives IF the offence is INDICTABLE.
