long time ago was here too. overnight Sein Sein Hotel and weak up very early to take the train from Mandalay to Lashio

So green, so much bird life around the railway, very nice. Interesting bogie arrangement on DF-2092 locomotive too. Brings back memories of my time in Mandalay in 2000, the hot sticky heat, the damp tropical smells and the chatter of people in the early morning. At that time the police were reducing the stray/beggar dog population too. DF-1324 sounds like an old ALCO, possibly a DL531 model? Great video, most enjoyable!
