I mean it's possible that the train has slowed to pass through the station. The condition of the track looks like it allows for higher speeds, but it's possible he's slowed owing to the fact that people and animals seem to be wondering all over the tracks.

Express my butt. Train in Thailand is quicker and their rolling stock are British class 158 sprinter using Perkin engine rated at 160 km/h. Myanmar use Chinese prime mover

This is Indian YDM4 engine for meter gauge tracks & this loco is almost on the phase out stage in India.
