Superb. I felt that there should not be too much hot water in a coffee filter, at a time. So i keep adding a little hot water at a time dho that the coffee soaks in the water slowly and releases more flavour. If u put too much water in the filter, then the force of the weight of water pushes the decoction fast, thereby, diluting the thickness. So this is how i make coffee decoction. Adding salt to coffee is good idea. Since i drink sugarless tea, i add a pinch if salt and don't find the tea very bland. It give some taste to the tea. I will surely try out salt in the coffee. Thank u.

Coffee prepared looks very strong. It may work out very expensive. Cost of coffee powder it self may workout Rs 50 for one small glass and it is not clear how many cups of coffee could be made. The process seems to be unique and thanks for showing salt and sugar additions not known to many.

Thank you very much from a hard core coffee lover..for showing us correct way of making a pure filter coffee... This also is a relaxed way of making coffee.. What do you suggest quick way of making filter coffee sir.. What i do is boil milk when milk comes to boiling point then add filter coffee power and mix it and off the gas ... ( i use continental coffee powder)

Sir, the method of pinch of salt I learnt 5 years back from Texas ( USA ). Caramelise of sugar from Chennai. Blending of decoction from Cikamagular Coffee estate. Preparation of coffee from Bengaluru at CoffeeBoard.
