In a recent study in the British Journal of Sports Medicine, it showed people over 50 not being able to stand on one leg for 10 seconds increased their risk of injury and even death. In short, greater balance is linked to greater longevity.

Wowzers. At 63 and having my own Lawn service for 21 years, cutting and splitting wood daily, feeding a horse and goats plus milking goats and caring for a 95 year old mom I thought I was limber, however after joining up I am finding out not so. Hahaha. Your programs are AWESOME and rewarding. A little sore at first but worth it. Thanks buckaroo.

Love the cues to ''squeeze....engage'' particular body parts. I'm starting a caloric deficit bloc and Man Flow will be part of the success. I've missed both Sean Vigue Fitness and Man Flow.

Excellent workout. I particularly appreciate these videos geared towards those of us who are over 50. Men especially start to lose flexibility as we age. I liked your modification of side plank, which makes it much easier than lifting up both legs. Also, I never considered Warrior pose to be good for balance. So that was helpful.
