Namaste 🙏, Today we will make Fenugreek-Mango Pickle which provide a mix taste of bitter and sour taste. This sour pickle is a perfect fit for any sweet dish you are having. Gujaati people usually use this pickle in morning breakfast with tea and gathiya.
Below is the list of ingredients I have used for this video.
Ingredient :-
Raw Mango - 1 cup
Fenugreek - 1/4 Cup
Salt - 2 tsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Split mustard seeds - 50 gram
Split Fenugreek Seeds - 40 gram
Red Chili powder - 4 tsp
fennel seed - 2 tsp
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Salt - 2 tsp
Asafoetida - 1 tsp
Black Pepper powder - 25-30 No.
Groundnut Oil - 100 gram
