Im going to be honest man, you do you. You can keep the channel but you can still post out things like your tattoos and art, I have no problems with that. I honestly think it will make you stand out, tattoo artist who reviews books here and there and makes art out of description from books or symbols. That is hella unique and I pity anyone who spits at that. I am completely new to this channel so don't think I know it all lol but I genuinely think that keeping this channel and focusing more on art for YOUR health is just as phenomenal as your book reviews. Since you only want to maintain one channel, I say go ahead and shift gears and keep it on this channel. And I wouldn't mind seeing more of your art if you want to share it. Might be good promo for you if you can (or want to) mention where you work. I can't remember if you have mentioned watching or reading these, but I recommend: 1. Castlevania: medieval setting, monstrous vampires, vampire hunters, violent action and great animation. It's Western-made. I haven't seen the spin-off series (Castlevania: Nocturne). 2. Arcane: also Western animation, gorgeous CGI, lots of action, music, excellent character development. One of the best shows I've watched in the last couple of years. It's futuristic fantasy with class wars, politics, action, relationship drama, and revenge. 3. Monster: I love both the anime and the manga on which it is based. A surgeon saves a child's life and then upends his whole life to chase after that patient who has grown up to be a master manipulator responsible for a string of murders. Excellent character work. I think all 3 are still on Netflix.

Despite your experience, I am still concerned about the collab but I am less worried. I loved Mirrors truth but not as much as Beyond Redemption because I missed the interaction between the main crew. It wasn't the greatest reading year for me either but I enjoyed some really good stories this year including rereading berserk, Fire punch and Jojo bizarre adventure. Do what ever makes you happy. I understand your reasons for slowing the videos down. Do whatever you need to to keep the videos out. I agree that you do not fit in to booktube and that is why I enjoy this channel so much. Even though the big booktubers started my reading journey and got me into reading fantasy and scifi, those channels are not for me. Look at most of the booktubers they are young women or dwebs. Add more art to the channel. Find a way to sell your art through the channel. With both anime and fantasy growing so much more people are going to want more art. Keep putting out videos. Keep living life. Read the Last War Trilogy.

I’d love to see tattoo’s and art and discussions with a few reviews after you finish great books. That works for me…and if you just stop all together…cheer’s, it was a good run.
