@@xenorange Massimo said in a short he wasn't sure, though it's unlikely Kaiju was bullying Dom. Most likely was an illness from something he ate and didn't show signs. Kaiju DID eat the body, but that's more out of opportunity than maliciousness.

I'm so heart broken about the little ghost shrimp. I found 1, mistakenly called an algae shrimp in with a shipment of bettas. He was all alone so my daughter who was 7 years old at the time & I bought him. He has his own small aquarium with tiny snails to keep him company. Shrimpy is now 11years old & still very active.

Hi, so sad to hear about Dom passing. I really loved that mighty little fish, I can't have a tank where I live, I have always thought of him as my fish. Such a sad day.

@@Skrrimmp yep that's why I made this suggestion I used to raise different types of shrimp like you do and if I had thought at one time that I could just buy a crab or Lobster from the store and raise it up as a baby I would do it in a heartbeat I wish I could do what you're doing and I love watching your videos I love watching your animals I really want you to continue doing these videos I mean it's it's wonderful as a person who used to raise animals and fish to be able to watch somebody do it themselves when you yourself do not have that ability so thank you for letting us into your life and thank you for letting us see your pets

I think the little guy was just being so aggressive lately that he just got in the way. On a side note brother just set out a gopro or any camera or cell phone and do a time lapse over night so you could blow through it and see what happens just in case something exciting happens while you're sleeping just an idea

I recenty lost everything bar 6 ghost shrimp a handful of crabs and snails and 1 8month old oliverockfish to a massive bristleworm 😢 got the survivors in a substrate free 20l until I can sanitize the substrate(with fire) to ensure there are no more and then rebuild it. I think the invaded was a stowaway in one of the greenlip mussels I didn't quarantine

I wish you'd just title these as feeding videos. We would all still watch them - but using "Vs" and "intense battle" is just daft. There is no battle here. It's a top tier predator in its class in a closed environment with 10 other animals which are prey items around one sixth the size of the mantis. The ghost shrimp don't have *any* offensive capability they can't "fight" a stomatopod. If you put a dozen rabbits in a pen with a lion and filmed the results it would be the same and that wouldn't be titled "massive battle", "lion versus rabbits". Sort it out.
