Setting the radiators to 0% is optimal but 20% isn't going to hinder the performance much either. So if on a hot map like Tunisia you can still set them to 20% and on cold maps 0% The optimal prop pitch is around 90% - 94% you get the least drag with the most bite of the prop blades. Setting to 80% causes too much drag. It's do-able. But it wastes power. Once you go from 80% to 90% ish the RPM gauge will go up which is what you want. Essientally RPM = Power. And no. Setting the mixture to 120% the engine will lose power once climbing to altitude. Optimal mixture is around 80% don't go higher than 85% or lower than 75%. In the P47 the higher you are the best advantage you have.

@XSpamDragonX As far as I know. MEC in RB and SB is the same. Around 90% to 94% prop pitch for P47s is optimal, then keep your mixture around 80% You don't need to adjust much else while in flight
