I actually don't have words to say THANKS to you sir. The way you explain , and then you repeat one thing again n again. ❤Just love it sir. like you are trying to spoon feeding. Sir you are doing really great job. As i m NON IT person it was really hard for me to digest these kind of complicated things, and i spent a lot to the different trainers as well but still i was confused and was not able to understand. use case is defined by product owner where it tells about requirements of application in detail, and test scenarios are derived from use cases and test scenarios tells what to test in application, and test cases are derived from test scenarios and test cases tells how to test specific functionality.

The defect is actual vs expected, Error= human-related, Bug = if an error is a code related so-called the bug.
