It's amazing what you guys can fix or repurpose! With regards to the truck frame, it reminds me of the Greek story about repairing ships -"In one year you replace the mast, the next year you replace the sail and the next the ship's hull. Did you repair the ship, or do you have a new one?"

The grindor got an eye splinter or was very close to get it in his eyes. How the hell can you let him use the grinder like that without a faceshield and protective gloves? If you want to take care of your men, first off all, buy some protective gear for each one to prevent any injuries.

Do you guys ever think of safety? He's using a cutting disc for grinding and there's thick disc for grinding. Please operate power tools correctly to avoid serious injury or fatality.

No need to write ( an broken).. ( an) is used before names that beggining one of vowel letters like A, U, O, E, I but other letters just use ( a ).. so here you should use letter a not an .
