I tried your recipe for making a 500g cake by taking the half of measurements mentioned for making 1 kg and used 2 eggs but the weight of the cake after baking turned out to be 750g. Would you be able to share the exact measurements for a half kg or 500g cake. Thanks

Seeing you am planning to promote my baking skills... monetize cheyyan poguvaaa. You are my Guru in baking.. chechi pls suggest ,wat could replace eggs while baking..if we don wan to add. Then y , sometimes baking soda n powder smell is little strong though we add as per advised. Pls solution parayane. Thanks a lottttt
