I really like this knife, I carry it often as a secondary knife

I just bought this knife at SMKW. I also just noticed the flat blade screw driver at the end where the knife blade is.

I had a similar British Army type knife when I was a tadpole but lost it when swimming. This is a decent looking utility knife that is going on my Xmas list. Thanks for the show and tell brother, keep them coming 👍👍👍👍.

Thisis actually a closer relative of the British Two Piece Clasp Knife right down to the center liner that acts as screwdriver! The extended part is a flat head screwdriver in real life. Not sure if they made it possible to that. I will be getting one! Thanks for the look!

If Marbles intended it to be a pry bar/screw driver, they did a horrible job lol. The tip is so thick it’s pretty much useless

@@MrBarlow, figures. I’ve seen similar stupidity from other companies. Maxam made a three layer and put in two screwdrivers

Yeah you see the same centre 'lip' in the commonwealth WW2 knives and pretty sure they are screwdrivers for the times before Philips head screws, probably useful for maintaining mg's etc

Thank you for a good comprehensive review of this great little knife and the size comparison at the end is a great help. I think the protruding metal piece could be used for a pry, for likes of paint tin lids etc. Cheers and take care Sam

I like the looks of this knife. I think I will get one to add to my military knife collection!

I opened all the beer bottles all night with this knife at a party and cut the wrappers off the wine bottles. Does no one carry a knife anymore?

That's a nice one. Looks more like a British army knife, but I like it. I will definitely be picking one of those up.

I’m not a huge fan of the contour aesthetic. But looks really solid for the money… thanks for sharing.

I like the thicker blades on this jack knife. I recall the can opener on the marbles GI knife was too thin, looked flimsy.

The extended piece is a flat head screwdriver
@MrBarlow Жыл бұрын
I don’t believe so, it’s way too thick to be useful on any normal sized screws. It’s not tapered at all. Just one thick slab of metal the same size as the liner.

I had the Utility. Difficult to open and pulled my pants off, it weighed so much. This looks like an actual user, when I don't want to mess up my Vic Pioneer.

I always question the quality of the steel when it's made in China.

I haven't seen this knife before. I think that the extended tab at the end is to be used as a screwdriver or small pry bar.
@MrBarlow2 жыл бұрын
It looks like it would but the tip is so thick it wouldn’t work as a pry bar or screw driver

It's a can opener, not a bottle opener. See the can cutting edge on the hook?
