I was recently pregnant. Had a heartbeat but fetus passed 3 days after my ultrasound. I miscarried the last 2 days when I was 8 weeks pregnant. Through out this pregnancy I had high blood pressure, overweight, and 2 large fibroids. I’m 37, and know my time is shortened in trying to get pregnant again but I am working on my overall health to get a healthy outcome from my next pregnancy. I appreciate hearing this information as it is very helpful.

I empathize with you 🙏🏼. I am 35 and we recently found out we’re pregnant. We were shocked but also excited as this was my 1st pregnancy. I was 7 weeks and spent last weekend in ER due to bleeding. We found a heartbeat but it was low & gradually since then I’ve had my hcg levels tested every 48 hours & they’ve dropped significantly. My first pregnancy resulting in miscarriage. It’s very devastating. I am now completely committed to my health. And want to give this another try in coming months. Last summer I lost 13 lbs and felt better than ever after researching Dr Mindy Pelz work & reading her book fast like a girl. Decided to meet with a dietician and it has been great, completely changing my diet to develop a more healthier relationship with food for me (and for fertility). I realized I haven’t felt sluggish after eating, no more skipping meals at least not without a snack if needed.

What preconception books and resources do you recommend ? I struggled to conceive my first child in my 20s. I hve Ncah which is similar to Pcos . Took over a year . I’m now almost 34 and would like to try for another baby w my fiance in the next year and would love to get my body in a good place first and don’t know where to begin to get my body ready and in a great place

Thank you for the extremely helpful video, dear Dr. Marc Sklar! I am 47 and I am trying for my second child for almost 2 years now. 2 months ago I went to HSG and it turned out that both my tubes were blocked as a sequence of my C-section 14 yrs ago. Now they are open. My AMH is 0.21 and my FSH is 8.8. Do you think I am having bigger odds to getting pregnant if I start taking your supplement (btw I am not seeing the link to it), or it's too late?

Hi doctor I’m currently in the process of possible IVF I tried for 2 yrs to conceive and I did last yr but it ended up in miscarriage at 8 wks so now I’m not sure if IVF is necessary knowing that I can conceive kinda stuck on what to do next
