Thank you so much Dr. Sklar for being such a clear and helpful source of information and guidance on these important choices. I can’t believe how much bad and outdated misinformation is out there regarding fertility. My mother in law is a lifelong nurse and she told me that it isn’t possible for over 40 women’s bodies to carry a pregnancy. She acted shocked that anyone could even get pregnant at that age let alone have a healthy baby. The look on her face when I told her my mom had me naturally when she was over 40 😅. Again thank you Dr. Sklar for being positive and supportive in a way that’s based on real information!

I just turn 40 I’m been trying for 10 years 2 iui and ivf 3 miscarriage and 2 years go lost my child at 6 months, pregnant I was going to find out the gender but that didn’t happen I was rushed to the hospital my child was gone had to give labour and that moment I find out I was having a baby boy I know he in heaven , rest in paradise Jordan mommy loves you forever,❤ I wanna try again I don’t wanna pay 40.000 again I have hope there something out there can help women’s like me with out paying $$$$$ and we should never give up

I am 38 been trying years I have PCOS and 1 fallopian tube I have two teenage children.I do get regular periods and ovulating been taking vitamins but nothing. Been told my best option would be IVF

My FSH dropped from 13.37 to 8.88 for only 4 months of mindful nutrition. But so did my LH - it was 6.87 in August and now it's 4.74. All my hormones are in norm, except my AMH which is 0.21. I am 47 and hoping for a second child. How do you find my readings, dear @MarcSklarTheFertilityExpert? Many thanks for your wonderful videos! Have a magnificent year!

I’m 45 and TTC as well. I was put on Cyclical HRT to help balance my hormones. It’s working by lowering them, but I don’t respond to stims when trying to stimulate my ovaries.

I am keeping my fingers crossed for you! 🍀 Regarding stimulation all the doctors I have consulted to do not recommend it at my age since it could make the ovaries stop producing eggs anymore.

Happy new year to you Dr, wish us all Beautiful 2024, my FSH is okay, same with LH and amh, but the fibroid ranging AP diameter 62mm with multiple>3 solid hypoechoeic intramural masses, the largest measuring 64x80mm located fundally indicative of uterine fibroids. The endometrial plate is intact The cervix is closed ADNEXAE:No masses What advise do you give the person that is in this situation Dr

Does working night shift affect fertility? I understand sleep is important and right now I average about 4-5 hrs split into 2.5 hrs in the am and 2.5 hours at night before my shift starts

I work nights for 16 years and I think it does because sleep is very important for egg quality.

Hello, Doctor, I am 34, my AMH was 0.68 six months ago with total AFC 9, vitamin D was severely low. Now AMH is 0.73 and AFC is 12. Everything else is fine. Vitamin D increases to 41.. I am trying to manage stress (extreme) and started taking some suppliments. Do you think I can improve it further? According to your experience, does having 12 AFC with 0.73 AMH looks fine?

Reduce stress, seek homeopathic help for hormonal imbalance. Amh doesn’t play a big role as long as your quality is good. Improve egg quality, watch dr. Victory ‘s and Marc Sklar videos in this regards.

Are missed carriages associated with egg quality? I have had two in a row. No other explanation other than what they think chromosomal abnormalities I’m 37 years old

I had 3 miscarriages in a row and then went on to naturally conceive my daughter at age 37. I'm now 39, and starting this cycle to try for another baby naturally. Miscarriages are HARD, but don't lose hope ❤️

That’s amazing! I wish you the best outcome for this baby! I haven’t had any testing done so I don’t know if it’s the quality of my eggs but they tell me it’s chromosomal abnormalities both times. To me it doesn’t make sense. I even ate foods that say strengthen baby heartbeat. Are you doing anything specific to help conceive this baby? Thank you for your kind words. @bustles
