I met Marcus in Vegas back in 2016. He was the guest speaker at the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers Convention. What a great guy with a great message. Very inspiring. Or... maybe it was Morgan posing as Marcus again. LOL

Marcus and Morgan Luttrell: you guys are Hero's. Words don't even begin to be able to describe how much awe and respect my wife and I even my kids have for you guys. I have even had my kids listen to Marcus talk about operation Red Wings to learn what real sacrifice and dedication is. You guys are amazing and deserve nothing but respect and thanks. We love you guys so much that last Halloween my 10 year old son and I went trick or treating as military medics in honor of you. Love the never quit podcast. I love the switch story at buds but I love the balloon animals on the beach from morgans class even more. Keep it up guys. You are an inspiration. Anyone who wants to know the definition of never quit only needs to look to you guys. I hope one day to be able to shake both your hands but until then thank you both for all you done for our country and inspiration in our everyday lives.

Out of all the stories of seal operations the story of what markus had to go through to survive is abosulty amazing and bordering miraculous . Crawling off that mountain with his injuries with Taliban hot on his trail says everything we need to know about this mans no quit attitude.

On Education... Marcus is absolutely correct. I started college right out of high school and failed. Drinking, undisciplined, etc. Joined the Army and the Ranger Regiment got my mind right. I came out four years later more disciplined and focused for school.

I had a lamenectomy T12 all the way down to L3.(Titanium) I joined the army in 1998 but i had an accident two weeks before boot camp. That was the first time in my life I ever experienced TRUE disappointment. I fucked up the ASVAB and we went to war not too long afterwards so maybe it was for the best. Thank you Marcus and Morgan. 🇺🇸
