Thank you very much, beginners tend to ignore this and it's really important. At least I did and it cost me. So margin of safety, always. Don't buy when it's up.

You should investigate Forward 12 months MOS (ie MOS for the stock price after 12 months)

the only fault in your theory is a companies value can change overnight so there is never a margin of safety. Case and point if there is another financial crisis then jp morgan company could have exposure and debt and leverage of certain assets could be devalued this was shown in the movie margin call. So overnight a company could be worth less than the building that it occupies. I.E. Bear stearns

The fact that his video says “How To Beat The Stock Market!” Shows that 1: he’s never read The Intelligent Investor, and 2: He’s a red flag 🚩
