This was by far the best Sonic IDW comic dub movie I've ever seen. And an awesome way to finish the Imposter Syndrome arc, Let me review this masterpiece. 1st: The voice acting was top notch, Every one of the voice actor's earn my respect, Especially Vivian Reed's role of Surge. 2nd: The music was fire. My favorite music piece was the Whisper vs Surge and Sonic & Tails vs Surge & Kitsunami, Those two we're my personal favorites. 3rd: The Editing, Visual effects & pacing of this project was on point. Surge was on berserk mode after absorbing Whisper's wisps, Showing us viewers that she ain't holding back this time. Overall. The Sonic IDW: Thunderstorm comic dub movie was perfect, Everything that i've said we're my honest opinion. It was indeed worth the wait & we thank you & all the others who helped made this project a reality. I'm giving this masterpiece a 10 / 10.

This was really well done with the voice acting, music, effects, and editing all one point. Though seeing these panels again especially with Sonic vs Surge round 2 it still grinds my gears, this has nothing to do with the video but the comic itself since Surge was getting clowned on by a weakened Sonic after she got stronger. To me it really serves to disprove what the author said about Surge putting up a good fight against Sonic in round 1

@@trellyv8826 Look I loved the story and the emotions behind it, but the logic side of brain just blares out that it makes no-sense that Surge was struggling that much and just treated like a street thug. I mean come on, tripping on nuts and screws, a freaking bucket on her head I mean seriously as a primary antagonist for this arc you’d think Surge would be handled with a bit more respect and dignity

Wow. You went all out with the editing on this one. Very nice~ I applaud you for it and the others for the all around voice work. This series was a joy to watch. Just a thought though for your next round of movie making: if you wanna get those closeup shots without ending up with a super pixilated picture, you could try AI upscaling for those images. Would really keep it all looking crisp through-and-through.

This whole comic arc is all the evidence I need to confirm that Surge is never gonna change. She just nearly killed Sonic via Drowning, Strangulation, and Electrocution all at once. She’s pretty much made it perfectly crystal clear that she’s never gonna stop trying to kill Sonic, Tails, Amy, Knuckles, or any of Sonic’s friends. She may not have Dr. Starline to command her, and she’s probably not even running of of her brainwashing program, but she’s made it clear that she hates sonic with an absolute raging inferno of a passion.

I think a change she can make is that she'll attempt to be a hero since Starline made her to serve as a false hero. If she can't just straight fight and kill Sonic, and she needs validation psychologically, she'll try pretending to be a hero, fighting bad guys and all that... But of course doing it all wrong of course. Which unlike Shadow and his "I'm too cool for friends, look at me I'm edgy and black" her approach is going to legit be causing as much if not more harm than good and is of course playing into what Starline made her for which is only going to feed into her insecurities.

@@calebdemosthene284 yes, but again, Starline MADE her to be Sonic's replacement. Not as a generic weapon to kill Sonic. Starline would replace Eggman, She'd replace Sonic and they would then play from both the angle of the Villain and the Hero to reshape the perceptions and thoughts of the public to bring them all in line with Starline's vision of the world. So what I suggest isn't going away from Starline's programming, it's skipping past the "Kill Sonic" part for the sake of her own self improvement which depending on how she and the story want to take it can either make her better at killing Sonic or help her move past the hang up in her head. And here's a little extra if she was just a "kill Sonic" that makes her a metal clone, and that would make Starline far, far, far inferior to Eggman in terms of Vision since even Eggman gave Metal more purpose than that.

Great dub, but is it just me but the editing quality is issues 54 and 56 was better than 53 and 55. In issues 53 and 55 you can barely see the panels as they move in the other two issues it even had special effects and better image quality. Still great work at the dub!

Very good eye. The reason why is because MarioKartGamerCube edited 53 & 55 and I was the one edited 54 & 56 and pushed to quality to make it look great. I also edited the intro and credits parts It's in the credits at 32:47 if you want proof lol
