She's soooo right with the first point. Actually, if you do that first point, you don't need anything else. They will gaslight, gaslight, gaslight you if you give them the platform. Ghost em'. They can't handle that. Change your number, block them from your social media profiles. Honestly, the best mental note that helped me with narcissists was to think of them as psychologically ill so I wouldn't take their words seriously.

I am 57. The past 6 months has been the first time in my life that I am completely free of narcissists. I never knew, I always thought there was something wrong with me. But, I have come out of it with a great many skills as I always tried so hard for approval. Moving overseas and I am confident that I can now spot them a mile away :) I have worked with dementia patients and a narcissist is so similar- you can NOT reason with these people. I almost want to cry for all the wasted potential in the world. I know there are many narcissistic abuse resources out there, but there needs to be more- I didn't know until 2 years ago. A lovely woman at an assertiveness class I went to told me that I have zero self esteem, and it started from there. And I have no desire whatsoever to date, I am more than enough for me. Don't confuse self confidence with self esteem either.

Marisa, you are spot on. 100% right on the money, explaining my last relationship. I wouldn’t have accepted this video at that time, because I was sure I could help her with her past/current mental issues. Only after 1.5 years and the last 6 months being extremely hard on me, was I able to finally realise I couldn’t save her. And all the signs were there all along. Depression followed and ptsd. But working on my self I’m now, stronger than ever and will never let anyone make me feel like that again unless I knowingly choose to feel like that ❤️

I’m assuming that the dislikes are from the Narcs 🤔 I had a ‘friend’ who was a narcissist, when I realised this and tried to get out of the friendship, I handled it incorrectly and she made my life a misery for 2 years. I wish I’d had this knowledge at that time, it would have saved so much hassle and not shredded any self esteem I’d got left.

@@ladygodiva4141 I know! She cost me friends I’d known all my life, she tried to ruin my husbands business, tried to get my son expelled from school and she physically attacked me and my sister in public and then reported it to the police for Christ sake saying it was us who’d attacked her first! I’d never come across anything like it before, I’m in my 40’s and I’d never been in a fight in my life! Absolutely insane. It’s made me very wary of people since then and I never let anyone get close anymore. Live and learn.

its easier to say than done when u cant leave em cuz you are fully and financially dependent on them and they actually "bought" u from ur parents who have made u marry him,im from religious family so yeah , so if you were able to break off from them, you are really brave and lucky and you did the right thing, your life was nmde miserable for two years after, its still better tham you being her friend whole life, and you definitely dont deserve it

Everybody who speaks, every time anybody speaks, they believe they're right. Why would you say something if you don't believe it's right when you're saying it? "You think you're always right." Yeah, so do you. If you say things and you don't believe the things you're saying are right, there's something wrong with you.

But if I am wrong i will accept that. Sometimes in conversation I realise the other person is correct and I am not (after all we are always learning new things ) so I can apologies and adjust what I thought was correct. The difference is a narcissist wont do that..

So true. But its very painful to leave that kind of relationshi - especially if the sexual bond is strong. You just have to realize that the pain the narcissist brings will never go away, he will NEVER change. Its not even you that is in the relationship, its only a small shadow of yourself. So if you're lucky you will get out and understand that life has more to offer.

Its not all the time things happen but its always here and there it flairs up. like little things and sometimes big things. ive had enough of this life. im exhausted. its honestly cost me my health and healing with my doctor and therapists is harder when im still living in the place that caused it all in the first place.

I haven’t found it yet. Hang in there. I know how exhausting it is but there is a better life around the corner when you can progress with your independence skills and be in control of your own life. Hi, I'm a light worker and I want to say something important to you, all human and animals have a conscience available to help you with anything that you ask for and it is important to ask the conscience to make for you the awakening of your consciousness in order that your conscience can start to get out your interior archons , all the human have this energetic parasites inside of the body , because of them your chakras cant work properly and energetic parasites can also produce illness in the body , once that you ask your conscience to make for you the awakening of your consciousness you will be more aware of your twin flame and you will remember who you are ! And if you want , anyone can make love with their twin flame in the astral , this it is very true but people are not aware of this because your conscience has not get them out yet these energetic parasites (archons) it is also important that you to be in your physical body and she in the astral and make love so that you and your twin can raise the planet in high frequency with the all the divine love between you and your twin flame , and leave this archons energetic parasites in low densities where they belong .

It's not true that abusive people look for weak people as she says. People in abusive relationships are from all walks of life. Abusive people use tactics so that you don't realize you are being abused, sometimes until they know you won't or can't leave. They often flatter and make you feel you are very close. They confuse you and they slowly chip away at you. Join a support group to understand, don't put yourself down by saying you are weak. You are not, you may be trauma bonded but not weak. In fact abused women often stand up for themselves and try and stop the abuse only to get punished further by abusers. The rest of her message was good. Also not all abusers are narcissists nor do all abusers feel bad about themselves, you cannot save them. They do feel entitled and superior though.

I have been in this type of relationship twice. It broke me so hard and I lost my whole world twice over. After 18 months now I’ve slowly started to rebuild my life, make friends but the daily issues I’ve always faced with self esteem and confidence, validations and self love, this is something I fight myself on daily and trying working on to feel ans be the best person I can. The damages one person can do to another is horrific and something I will not understand. Any suggestion to help me would be gratefully appreciated xx

You can book this using the link below: rapidtransformationaltherapy.com/findaspecialisttherapist/bookingform/ In the interim, you might find Marisa's free Self-Esteem workbook useful. I got out and divorced him over 24 years ago. After my youngest child was 17 years old. I will not get married again because the horrible trama I suffered. He was 25 years old and I was 15 years young. I was a child bride. He would not leave me alone. Long story. He was my stalker. Now, 2021, I love being single. I love myself. New life.

What do I do that they go after anyone or anything that I do from hairstylist, to my doctor, to the car rental company to prospect them for business and gaslight them and shame me with them and convince them I’m bad? How do I have them stop following me around, and stop going up to everyone on my social media and do the same thing there? How do I stop them from blocking everyone who could ever care about me?
