So funny how our rock gods are teaching us different lessons about aging. While some dudes Mark's age or older are still desperately jumping around stage trying to convince us their 20s have never ended, he is putting his laconic wit and his majestic guitar chops into an ironic yet emotional ditty about an old dude reminiscing. Don't know the back story of this song, but it sounds like it might be inspired by some overheard conversation, like Money for Nothing.
