As a kid I would get so pissed off at my parents if we went to Houma and didn’t drive by the motorcraft racing trailers. Met Mark at Dallas and he is one of the most down to earth nice people I’ve ever met.

Mark Oswald is one of the few people to be champion in Nitro Funny Car in both the NHRA and IHRA!

Pulde was the IHRA champ in 1986, Oswald won it in 1987.

Went to high school with Mark. I guess that my 289 Mustang Fastback wasn't so hot after all. Wish that I still had it, though.

Yep, and I remember that team based out of Houma, LA. Damn good team back then and if they ever would get back into racing again, I'd love to see Mark as crew chief of this team because of his expertise. I think they would be competitive again because Paul does have the funding and they could get a sponsor easily.

+curtispt3 You know Paul Passed on in 2014 right? He had a massive Heart Attack at I believe 84 yrs old

@@369Bandido Actually July 21, 2013 he passed, at 72 yrs old.
